Turn the patties over and fry the other side. It usually takes 2.5-3 minutes on each side. It is better to take a pan large enough so that you can put all the cutlets in one layer.

For sauce, take 1 cup of milk. Add flour and spices to it. If you cook such cutlets for a small child, it is better to do without spices - the sauce should not be too spicy. Pour the patties with sauce, cover the pan and put on a slow fire for about ten minutes.

For the second recipe, calculate the amount of wheat bread. The weight of bread with a crust should be approximately ¼ of the weight of meat. Cutting off the crusts, you will get the optimal weight ratio. Soak the bread in milk and squeeze.

Pour in flour, mix well and bring to a boil over low heat. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes, then add sugar, salt, mix and strain. Add a small piece of butter and put on low heat again. Get the desired density.

Put the sauce in the recesses that you made on the patties. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 ° C and bake cutlets at this temperature for 20-25 minutes.
