Pike cutlets in the oven

Cook the vegetables. Peel and chop the onion into small cubes. Put half the chopped onion in a pan, sauté it until golden. Then peel the carrots, grate on a medium grater. Add it to the onion, fry a little.

Take a pike, carefully separate the skin and bones. Pass the pike meat with the onion, which remained, through a meat grinder. Add the fried vegetables, spices and semolina to the minced meat, salt to taste and mix well.
