- - half a teaspoon of soda and baking powder;
- - half a teaspoon of ground ginger and cinnamon;
- - a pinch of nutmeg;

- - 110 g butter at room temperature;
- - 160 g of light cane sugar;
- - a teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- - 2 eggs;
- - a very ripe banana (approximately 120 g without skin).
- For cream:
- - 150 g of dark chocolate;
- - 30 g of sugar;
- - 30 ml of milk.

Preheat the oven to 160C. In the form for cupcakes we put paper molds.

Sift flour, soda, baking powder and all seasonings into the middle bowl. Add salt and mix all the ingredients.

In a large bowl with a mixer, beat the butter to a cream, add sugar with vanilla extract and beat for another 3 minutes until airy. We beat one egg at a time, last of all, add a banana and whip the cream again.

Pour dry ingredients into the cream and whisk quickly. We spread the dough into molds and send it to the oven for 20 minutes.

When the muffins have cooled, we prepare a cream for them: in a water bath we melt butter and chocolate, add milk and stir until the cream becomes uniform and shiny. Let the chocolate cream cool for 5 minutes, then cover them with muffins.
