Margarine must be melted over low heat, stirring constantly and not letting it boil. After it has melted, add salt to it and mix until it is completely dissolved. Next, add two glasses of flour and mix well. Add whipped protein.

Put the yolk with kefir and sugar into the mass and mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed. Add another glass of flour and 1/3 teaspoon of soda and mix everything again. Consistency should resemble thick sour cream.
