- 1 tsp mustard;

- 1 tsp lemon juice;

- ½ tbsp. l apple cider vinegar;

- 2 tbsp. l sunflower oil;

- 0.5 tsp salt.

Mix mustard and lemon juice, then add apple cider vinegar and sunflower oil, do not forget to salt. Mix everything well and you can season the salad.

Dijon mustard dressing

For dressing salads with meat, dressing with the famous Dijon French mustard, which will give the taste of mayonnaise and a spicy aroma, is suitable. You will need:

- 150 ml of sour cream;

- 1 egg yolk;

- 1 tbsp. l Dijon mustard;

- white wine vinegar;

- mustard seeds - 7 pcs.;

- white pepper - 2 peas;

- ½ tsp salts;

- ½ tsp Sahara.

Crush peas of white pepper and mustard seeds in a mortar, and then mix with Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar and sugar. Beat sour cream with one egg yolk and salt until a creamy consistency is obtained. Add sour cream to the mustard mixture and mix thoroughly. Dijon salad dressing is ready!

Mustard dressing with honey and poppy seeds

This dressing has a sweet and sour taste and spicy aroma, goes well with meat salads, which include chicken. You will need:

- 50 ml of honey;

- 3 tbsp. l apple cider vinegar;

- 2 tbsp. l olive oil;

- 2 tsp sweet mustard;

- onions - 1 pc.;

- 1 tsp poppy seeds;

- salt, ground pepper (to taste).

Peel and cut the onions in half. Combine all of the above ingredients in a blender and beat for several minutes until a creamy mass is formed that can be used immediately as a dressing. The real highlight of this sauce will be poppy seeds.
