- - 2-3 pcs beets
- - 1-2 pcs onions
- - 200 ml of tomato juice
- - 100 ml of vegetable oil

Soak red beans overnight and then boil it until almost done.

Rub the raw beets on a coarse grater.

We chop the onion and put it in the pan along with the already cooked beets and beans. Pour in the same vegetable oil and tomato juice. Having mixed well, put on fire.

We are waiting for boiling, after which we add spices to taste and simmer for an hour. As soon as the mixture becomes homogeneous, we begin to evaporate the liquid until the dish thickens.

Instead of red beans, you can easily use white.
