You will need
- - 1 chicken breast;
- - clove of garlic;
- - a spoon of lemon juice;
- - salt and pepper;
- - a handful of fresh spinach;
- - 3 dried tomatoes;
- - 220 gr. feta cheese;
- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;

Preheat the oven to 175C. Put the foil in the mold, grease it with a little olive oil.

We cut the chicken breast into 2 halves, in each half we use a sharp knife to make a small pocket. Rub chicken with lemon juice squeezed with garlic, salt and pepper.

In a pan, heat the olive oil, fry the spinach on it so that it is slightly softened. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes. In a bowl, mix spinach, feta and chopped dried tomatoes. We stuff the chicken with this filling, use the toothpicks to close the pockets.

Fry the stuffed chicken from all sides to a golden crust and spread in a mold. Bake for 20-25 minutes, remove the toothpicks and serve!
