Preliminarily it is necessary to soak prunes in cold water.

Peel the onion, chop it and fry.

Remove the meat from the bones, pass along with a loaf fried and soaked in milk through a meat grinder.

Add minced salt, egg, nutmeg, pepper, prepared prunes and mushrooms to the minced meat. Mix the whole mass very well.

Stuff the chicken skin with minced meat. All holes must be sewn with white thread. Put the chicken with the back wound down in a deep bowl, add a little broth or water to the bottom, cover and put in a well-heated oven to simmer over medium heat.

After 30 minutes, check for fluid and add hot water if necessary.

Stew the chicken for another 20 minutes, then remove and grease with sour cream, put in the oven on a small fire, so that it turns brown.
