Meat dumplings

Composition:

- 1 liter of water;

- 500 g of wheat flour;

- 200 g of pork;

- 200 g of beef;

- 1 onion, egg;

- pepper, salt, green onions.

Peel the onion, cut into four parts, pass with the meat fillet through a meat grinder. Salt, pepper the minced meat, mix.

Knead in a deep container cool dough from eggs, flour, salt, 2.5 tbsp. tablespoons of plain water. Roll the dough into a thin layer, cut out circles, put on each small amount of minced meat, form dumplings.

Boil dumplings in boiling water, sprinkle the finished dish with chopped onions.

Siberian dumplings

Composition:

- 500 g of wheat flour;

- 300 ml of water;

- 1 egg;

- salt to taste.

Ingredients for Stuffing:

- 200 g fillet of beef and pork;

- 2 onions;

- salt, pepper, spices.

For refueling:

- 150 ml of sour cream.

Rinse the meat, separate the pulp from the bones, if there are any, pass through a meat grinder with onions, add salt, pepper, your favorite spices (for example, dried garlic).

Knead the dough, roll into a layer, cut circles. Put the filling on each circle (1 teaspoon each), connect the edges of the dumplings.

Put the dumplings in boiling water, cook for 7 minutes, season the prepared dumplings with sour cream, immediately serve.
