Light and delicious sweets with strawberries, yogurt and white chocolate - it's just a dessert of a dream! Delicate, airy, they melt in your mouth, leaving a delicious aftertaste. If desired, you can add cottage cheese to the sweets, but this is completely optional.

You will need
- 100 g of white chocolate;
- 50 ml sugar free yogurt;
- 500 g of fresh strawberries;
- 100 g coconut flakes (icing sugar can be used instead);
- 200 g of soft cottage cheese (optional).

Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a water bath. You can also use the microwave for this purpose. It must be opened every 15 seconds and mix the chocolate.

In melted chocolate, pour the yogurt, mix thoroughly. If you want to make sweets with cottage cheese, you need to add it at this stage (of course, mix the mixture well).

We put the chocolate-yogurt mixture in the refrigerator so that it thickens, and we will deal with strawberries.

Wash the berries, dry, peel the leaves and stalks. Strawberries can be used whole, or you can cut them into halves or even quarters, then our sweets will be smaller.

Take out the cooled chocolate-yoghurt mass from the refrigerator and start making sweets. Each berry must be “wrapped” in our white icing and rolled in coconut flakes (or icing sugar). This should be done quickly, since at room temperature the yogurt mixture begins to become liquid again.

Put the sweets on a dish and place in the refrigerator. After an hour, a delicious dessert can be served. Keep sweets in the refrigerator. However, it is unlikely that you will have to store them, because they disappear at the moment!
