This is a simple classic recipe for white curd cheese, which you can optionally diversify at your discretion. You can make chocolate filling by adding soluble cocoa powder or chocolate chips. You can add poppy or nut crumbs, coconut flakes, instant coffee powder. Cheeses can also be made fruit by adding jam or berries to the curd. Instead of purchased chocolate bars, you can use your own icing. To do this, melt in a water bath 5 tbsp. l insoluble cocoa powder, half a glass of sugar, 3 tbsp. l milk and 50 g of butter. The desired mass of chocolate mass will begin to acquire as it cools.
