You will need
- - eggs - 4 pcs;
- - sugar - 150 g;
- - butter - 230 g;
- - flour - 200 g;
- - bird cherry flour - 60 g;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
- - Amaretto liquor - 1 tablespoon;
- - lingonberry - 120 g;
- - milk chocolate - 50 g;

Instruction manual
1
With lingonberries, do the following: rinse thoroughly, put in a separate cup and pour a tablespoon of liquor. In this state, the berry should remain for 15-20 minutes.
2
Soften 200 grams of butter. To do this, keep it at room temperature for a while. Then combine with granulated sugar. Beat thoroughly until sugar is completely dissolved, i.e. until white. Add eggs to the resulting mass, but not all at once, but one at a time, each time whipping the mixture to a lush cream.
3
Add the sweet cherry flour and vanilla sugar to the resulting creamy sugar mass. Beat mixture thoroughly. Put wheat flour and lingonberry soaked in liquor there. Knead the dough.
4
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 160 degrees. While it is heating, put the finished dough in a baking dish, pre-oiled. Send the future cupcake to bake for approximately 60 minutes.
5
In the meantime, mix the broken into pieces of milk chocolate and the remaining butter. Melt this mixture in a water bath until smooth. Then add to it the liquor that was used to soak the lingonberry. Mix well.
6
Pour the finished baked goods with chocolate icing and decorate with walnuts if desired. Bird cherry cupcake is ready!
