Recipe

In order to cook boiled pork in a slow cooker, take:

- meat without bone in a whole piece - 700 g;

- carrots - 1 pc;

- garlic - 7 cloves;

- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.;

- mustard - 2 tsp;

- spices to taste - 1 tsp;

- salt - 1 tsp

The recommended power for preparing such a dish is 900 watts, the program is "Meat" (60 min).

First, the meat should be washed and dried. Then make a few cuts in it with a sharp knife. Peel carrots and garlic, cut into thin slices. Place the plates in the cuts so that the juice and aroma of the vegetables soak the meat. If you have a thin, flat piece of meat, roll it into a roll.

The meat should be coated with a special mixture for baking. To cook it, you should mix a tablespoon of vegetable oil, mustard, salt and any spices for meat to taste. The meat coated with the mixture is wrapped in plastic wrap and pickled for about 20 minutes. Beef can be left even overnight, it will only become softer.

The bottom of the multicooker should be greased with a spoon of vegetable oil. If the multicooker is equipped with a pressure cooker function, you should install the program "Meat" for 1 hour. If not, then at least 2 hours. If there is no program "Meat", you need to enable the program "Baking" for 40 minutes. 20 minutes after the start of cooking, open the lid and turn the meat over, then close the lid and after 20 minutes turn on the "Extinguishing" program. The dish will be cooked for another 1-1.5 hours.

The boiled pork will be ready when the meat is soft and when pressed, it will produce clear juice. If you are cooking boiled pork in a slow cooker for the first time, it is best to check the readiness of the meat half an hour earlier than indicated in the recipe, since the exact cooking time depends on the meat itself and on the characteristics of the slow cooker.
