- 170 g butter;
- onion;
- some fresh parsley;
- egg;
- pepper, salt.
Boil a hard boiled egg, peel, separate the yolk. Add the yolk, chopped onion, chopped parsley to the softened butter. Rub the egg white on a fine grater, also add to the oil. Salt, pepper, mix.
Sausage Oil Recipe
A hearty option for a quick breakfast.
We will need:
- 200 g of butter;
- 110 g of any cooked sausage;
- salt, spices for everybody.
Pass the sausage through a meat grinder, add butter, salt. Knead the finished sandwich oil, put in the refrigerator for an hour.
Shrimp Oil Recipe
This version of sandwich oil is suitable for buffet snacks.
We will need:
- 120 g butter;
- 30 g of boiled shrimp;
- 1 pickled onion;
- 20 g of fresh parsley.
Cook the shrimp in advance, pass through the meat grinder together with the onion, combine with butter, chopped parsley. Now mix the shrimp oil thoroughly, cool. With such oil, you can make delicious canapes.
