You will need

  • - semolina - 1.5 cups;

  • - wheat flour - 0.5 cups;

  • - baking powder for dough - 0.5 teaspoon;

  • - dry yeast - 0.5 teaspoon;

  • - eggs - 1 pc.;

  • - water - 2 glasses;

  • - salt - a pinch;

  • - butter - 50 g;

  • - honey - 50 g.

Instruction manual

1

Transfer semolina into a blender cup and chop. Semolina should not turn into powder, but into flour, that is, small grains should be present in it.

2

Take a deep dish, pour dry yeast into it. Then fill them with two glasses of water, certainly warm. Mix this yeast mixture properly, then add the following ingredients to it: raw chicken egg, baking powder, that is, baking powder for dough, as well as chopped semolina, wheat flour and a pinch of salt. Beat the formed mass for 5-7 minutes. Then put it in a warm place or dishes with warm water for about 2-3 hours.

3

After passing this period of time, gently mix the risen finished dough. Having heated the pan, pour the dough on it. This procedure is most conveniently done using a ladle. Please note that this dish should be fried without adding oil, that is, in a dry pan.

4

Fry the pancakes on one side only until their top is dry. Once this happens, put the delicacy on a plate.

5

Melt the butter in a water bath, then combine it with honey. Mix these ingredients very carefully with each other until smooth.

6

Lubricate the dish with the resulting creamy honey. Bagrir pancakes are ready!
