You will need

  • Butter 200 grams;

  • sugar 180 grams for cake and 50 grams for cream;

  • vanilla sugar 10 grams (1 small packet);

  • 5 chicken eggs;

  • wheat flour 250 grams;

  • baking powder 1 teaspoon;

  • milk 50 ml;

  • peaches 6 pieces (can be taken canned if off-season);

  • pear large 1 piece (or 2 small);

  • high fat sour cream (at least 25%) 400 grams;

  • salt 1 pinch (to taste);

  • almond crumbs or slices for decoration.

Melt the butter in a ladle until soft (do not bring to the appearance of bubbles!). Add sugar, grind. Then add vanilla sugar, pre-beaten eggs, mix everything until smooth. Pour cold milk with a thin stream, mix again.

Sift flour through a fine sieve, add baking powder, mix. Add gradually to the liquid mixture, mix thoroughly until smooth, you can use a mixer. The dough should be about the consistency of sour cream.

Prepare a baking dish, pour the dough into it. Cut peaches and pears into thin slices or slices. If the fruit is hard, cut them as thin as possible. Put in layers on the dough (at the same time, part of the fruit may “fall” into the dough).

Place in the oven, preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees, for 40-45 minutes.

While the cake is baking, you can prepare the cream. Mix thick sour cream with sugar in a mixer (you can take powdered sugar). Cinnamon or vanilla sugar can also be added to the cream. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Put cold cream on hot cake, let stand for about 20-30 minutes at room temperature. Sprinkle with almond crumbs and decorate as you wish.

When the cake has cooled, put it in the refrigerator for several hours (you can at night). The cake is ready!

Useful advice

This recipe contains a lot of sugar, if you limit yourself to sweets, you can add 2 times less or replace it with fructose.
