  • - soda - 0.5 teaspoon.

  • For filling:

  • - chicken fillet - 500 g;

  • - onions - 1 pc.;

  • - salt;

  • - ground black pepper;

  • - cold water - 2 tablespoons;

  • - cream - 2 tablespoons.

  • For batter:

  • - milk - 100 ml;

  • - eggs - 1 pc.

Take a fairly deep cup and pour milk or water into it. It’s best to use the first. Then add raw chicken eggs, sunflower oil, granulated sugar and salt. Beat the formed liquid mixture thoroughly with a whisk.

Then, in this liquid mixture, add soda along with flour. Add the last as you knead. As a result, you will get the dough. If it turned out to be too thick, then add a small amount of water to it.

Having heated sunflower oil in a pan, prepare pancakes on it from the resulting dough. Please note that only the first pancake needs to be fried in oil, all the rest should be baked in a dry pan.

Putting the resulting pancakes on top of each other, cut them exactly in the middle.

Chicken meat is cut into medium-sized pieces, then chop together with onions, passing through a meat grinder. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your liking. Then enter the same cream and cold water. Mix everything as it should.

After taking half the pancake, put a small amount of meat filling on it and spread it over the entire surface. Then bend one edge to the center of the pancake so that the mass of meat is inside. With the second edge, do the same. Wrap the last time so that you get a triangle. Similarly, do the rest of the benderics.

Beat the egg, mix it with milk. Dip all the Benderics into the batter, then fry them in sunflower oil on each side until crusty.
