Chop the ribs.

Peel the onion and finely chop.

Cut the prunes into small cubes.

Rinse the apples, divide into two parts, cut the core and cut into small pieces.

Fry the onions in a preheated pan.

As soon as the onion appears a golden hue, you need to add the ribs. Season the dish to taste. Fry for no more than 15 minutes.

Turn the ribs over and fry for another 15 minutes.
