    • onion - 3 pcs;
    • sweet paprika - 2 tsp;
    • dry red wine - 2 tbsp. spoons;
    • soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons.
    • For the second recipe:
    • chicken liver - 500 g;
    • red onion - 1 pc;
    • vegetable oil - 50 gr;
    • honey - 50 gr;
    • milk - 100 g;
    • salt to taste;
    • pepper to taste.
    • For the third recipe:
    • chicken liver - 500 g;
    • milk - 100 g;
    • eggs - 2 pcs;
    • salt - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
    • ground black pepper - 2 tsp;
    • mayonnaise - 100 g;
    • ground crackers - 150 g;
    • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons.

To prepare the fried liver with onions and wine, cut into small pieces of 500 grams of offal and breaded in flour. Heat the pan, pour 50 grams of vegetable oil and fry the liver over medium heat until cooked.

Three onions cut into wide strips and fry in a pan with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. As soon as the onion becomes clear, sprinkle it with 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika and continue to fry until golden brown.

Pour onion with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of red dry wine and the same amount of soy sauce. Simmer all together for several minutes. If you want the sauce to be thicker, add 1 teaspoon of flour and hold the sauce on the fire for another minute. Put the finished liver on a dish, and cover with onion sauce.

Cook the chicken liver with honey sauce. To do this, cut one red onion in half rings and fry for 3 minutes in a hot frying pan with 20 grams of vegetable oil. Add 50 grams of honey to the onion, but do not bring to a boil.

Peel the chicken liver from the films and place in milk for 15 minutes. Then cut the by-product into short strips and fry in vegetable oil for 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste a few minutes before cooking. Arrange the finished liver on plates and pour with gravy.

To prepare the liver in breadcrumbs, pour 100 grams of milk into a bowl and place the offal cut into small pieces. Then add 2 chicken eggs, 100 grams of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of black pepper to the liver. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and put the bowl in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Pour 150 grams of ground crackers into a flat plate and roll pieces of chicken liver in them. Pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a hot pan and fry the liver until crisp on both sides. Serve with mashed potatoes and pickles.
