Pour water into the pan, add salt and olive oil, place on the stove and bring to a boil. Peel the vegetables, grate the carrots on a medium grater, chop the onions finely. Add the prepared vegetables to the pan and cook for 10 minutes. At the end of cooking, add the cereal and keep on the stove until cooked. Serve to the table, spilling on plates and sprinkling with fresh chopped herbs.
