Crab meat, slightly salted herring and salmon should be cut into diagonal strips (4-5 cm thick) and infused in a marinade of 0.5 cups of soft cottage cheese, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 0.5 cups of mayonnaise, 0.5 tablespoons of grated horseradish, 50 g chopped herbs, a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Seasoned fish is placed in the refrigerator for one and a half to two hours, after which it is spread on a plate surrounded by cherry tomatoes, olives, curly parsley, cucumber slices and fresh salad leaves.
