Knead the yeast dough from the indicated ingredients and set it to rise in a warm place. While the dough is coming, make an apple filling for the buns.

Peel the apples, remove the middle and cut them into small cubes. To prevent apples from blackening, sprinkle them with lemon juice. Crush the marzipan mass by hand or chop.

Melt the butter and add the cubes there, warm them literally 2 minutes and remove from heat. Put cinnamon and marzipan in apples.

Knead the dough and roll it out quite thinly. Its thickness should be approximately 7 mm. Spread the filling with an even layer on the dough and roll into a roll. cut it into equal pieces.

Grease a baking sheet with margarine or vegetable oil, put slices on it and leave it in a warm place for 20 minutes so that the buns come up again. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake buns with apples in it for 12-15 minutes.
