Sift the flour in a sieve in advance one or more times and put it in a deep bowl in which you will prepare the cookie dough. After that, put the thawed margarine there and mix it well with flour until you get a greasy grain. Remember to keep the proportion. Mix exactly four hundred grams of margarine and four cups of flour, this is very important.

Now take another container and mix eggs, sugar, starch, salt and soda in it. Beat it with a mixer for five to ten minutes. Then connect both parts and mix everything. Look, if the dough turned out to be liquid, then add a few more teaspoons of flour to it. After this, be sure to put the dough for twenty to thirty minutes in the refrigerator or in the freezer.

After the time has passed, remove the dough from the refrigerator. Divide it into five to six parts. Then roll each part to a thickness of no more than three to four millimeters. After that, take the curly molds and use them to cut out the cookies. If you do not have such molds, use the service of a regular glass or glass with thin edges. Then your cookies will turn round. Beat sugar with several proteins in advance and grease them with cookies. Sprinkle it with sugar or powdered sugar on top.

Lubricate the cooked pan with sunflower oil and put cookies on it. Now it is completely ready to go to the oven. Bake cookies at a temperature of one hundred eighty degrees Celsius for ten to fifteen minutes. Cookies are very tasty, crumbly and just melt in your mouth.
