Make the cake dough. You can use a ready-made semi-finished product, but the home version will be much tastier. Try making a quick dough. Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Soften the oil at room temperature, rub it with eggs and sugar. Then add flour to the mixture and knead soft dough. Let it rest for about half an hour and start rolling.

If you have time, make a yeast dough. Dilute fresh or dry yeast in warm milk, add the butter pre-melted on the tile to the same place. Break the eggs into the mixture, add sugar and salt. Mix everything thoroughly. Gradually, 1-2 tablespoons, add flour to the dough, mixing thoroughly so that no lumps form. The dough should be dense and elastic. Then cover the container with a towel and place in a warm place for 2-3 hours. Periodically, the mass will need to be mixed. For the cake to be lush, the dough must rise at least three times.

Take care of the preparation of the filling. Rinse the berries in running water and pat dry, sprinkling on a towel. Then mix the blueberries with sugar in equal proportions. In this case, the berries should not be crushed, they must remain intact. Divide the dough into two unequal parts. Roll out a large one and lay it in a greased form, wrapping the edges in the form of sides. Put the blueberries with sugar in the form, flatten. Roll out the rest of the dough and cut it into narrow strips. Lay them on top of the berries with a wire rack. Let the cake stand for 15-20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the pie there and bake for about half an hour. Willingness should be determined by test. Gently pierce it with a wooden torch. If it stays dry, the cake is ready.

Serve the cake in hot and cold. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the serving or pour dessert with a sweet sauce made from sour cream, whipped with sugar.
