    • Fish fillet (pangasius

    • Oyster mushrooms or other agaric mushrooms - 0.4 kg;
    • Onion-turnip - 1 pc;
    • hard cheese - 0.2 kg;
    • milk - 200 g;
    • butter - 50 gr;
    • flour - 1 tablespoon;
    • cooking oil for frying;
    • Salt
    • dill greens
    • spices to taste.

Cook the mushroom stuffing. To do this, chop oyster mushrooms finely, fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. When the mushrooms become soft, add finely chopped onions and simmer under the lid for another 15 minutes. Cool slightly. Grind oyster mushrooms and onions in a blender, the mixture should look like buckwheat porridge in consistency. Salt, pepper to taste.

Make a milk sauce. In a dry frying pan, fry the flour until a pinkish color and add the butter. Beat flour and butter with a fork until smooth and pour milk. Warm the mixture until thick, but do not boil. Remove from the stove, set aside. Add spices and finely chopped dill to your taste.

Dry the fillet with a napkin and apply a thin layer of oyster mushroom stuffing on it. Roll from tail to head. Secure with wooden toothpicks. Put the resulting rolls tightly in a wide bowl and pour in milk sauce. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees. When the milk sauce begins to bubble and lightly brown, sprinkle the rolls with grated cheese and reduce the temperature in the oven to 180 degrees. Bake another 15 minutes.

Serve boiled rice on the side dish.
