- Cream - 0.35 liters;
- chicken egg - 3 pieces;
- granulated sugar - 100 grams;
- walnuts - 100 grams;
- vanilla sugar - ½ tsp

Beat the yolks, having previously separated them from the proteins. Add 3 tbsp. l granulated sugar and heat in a water bath until sugar is completely dissolved. Chill.

Whip cream until thickened and add vanilla sugar.

Add the cooled yolks to the cream and mix thoroughly.

Pour the resulting mass into molds and place in the freezer for 3 hours. Then take it out and mix again and put it in the freezer again for 3 hours (repeat this procedure 3-4 times).

Sprinkle frozen ice cream with chopped nuts. Bon Appetit.
Useful advice
Nuts in ice cream can be added with the first stirring after the first hardening.
