Instruction manual

1

Pour 2 liters of water into the pan and bring to a boil. Throw seafood into boiling salted water to taste and cook for no more than 10 minutes. Thawing them before this is not necessary.

2

Put the eggs for 10-15 minutes.

3

While seafood is cooked, wash and chop onions and peppers in half rings 2-3 mm thick, olives - along into thin strips. Put everything in a salad bowl

4

Flip ready-made seafood in a colander so that all the water glass. Pour boiled eggs with cold water.

5

Cut the eggs into strips. Cut large seafood (squid - thin half rings), leave the rest whole. Add eggs and seafood to a bowl of pepper and onions. Mix well.

6

Cooking salad dressing. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and mix it with vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste. Stir continuously, pour this mixture into a thin stream of olive oil. Season the salad.

7

Grate the parmesan on a fine grater.

8

Place 1-2 lettuce leaves on the bottom of each flowerpot, put a small amount of lettuce on top. Garnish each serving with red eggs and parsley leaves and sprinkle with cheese.

note

Salt the water intended for cooking seafood purely symbolically - remember that salad dressing will also contain salt.

Seafood can easily be poisoned. This is due to the fact that the storage conditions of such goods were violated in a warehouse or store (for example, it was unfrozen for some reason, and then was again frozen). When buying frozen seafood, pay attention to their appearance - a qualitatively frozen and properly stored product should not be a "whole block of ice." Do not forget to check the expiration date of the goods.

Useful advice

The taste of the salad will be softer if you use white salad or red sweet onions as an ingredient. If you bought the whole carcasses of squid, then before cooking they should first be thawed, cleaned from the insides and rinse well. If you want the sea salad to be more satisfying, make a dressing of mayonnaise and lemon juice.
