    • some cinnamon or vanilla;
    • 600 g of cottage cheese and yogurt;
    • 250 g waffles;
    • 400 g of sugar;
    • 150 g butter;
    • 1 cup cream (fat content 22%);
    • 4 tsp gelatin.

Instruction manual

1

To make a marbled blueberry cake, take 300 grams of blueberries. Rinse and go through it. Set aside some berries for decoration, and mash the rest in mashed potatoes. You can additionally wipe the mashed potatoes through a sieve.

2

Preheat the oven to 180 °. Grind the waffles (you can pass them through a meat grinder). Mix the waffles with melted butter. To make the cake fragrant, add a little cinnamon or vanilla to this mixture. Put the resulting mass in a baking dish, level its surface. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely.

3

While the cake is cooling, beat the curd with egg and sugar. The mass should be homogeneous. Soak gelatin in water. After the gelatin is ready, add it to the cream and mix well. Then pour part of the cream with gelatin into the curd mass, and add part to the blueberry puree.

4

On the cooled cake, first lay the curd mass, and then the blueberry. Stir the top layer of the cake to learn the marble pattern. Before you lay out the layers, wrap the sides of the baking dish with parchment paper.

5

Place the cake in the refrigerator until the cottage cheese and blueberry mass is completely frozen. After that, remove the cake from the refrigerator and remove it from the mold. Garnish with the blueberries that you laid out earlier. You can still sprinkle powdered sugar on top or garnish with sprigs of mint. Everything, cake for tea is ready.
