Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry. Cut the pita bread into 2 parts, put one part on the table and spread with cottage cheese.

Put lettuce leaves over the curd cheese, and on them thin slices of slightly salted salmon in one layer. Try to avoid empty gaps. Cover everything with a second sheet of pita bread and get sauce.

Cut the garlic into small pieces or crush in the garlic clove. Combine the garlic with sour cream and mayonnaise. Lubricate the surface of the pita bread with garlic-sour cream sauce and tightly wrap the pita bread with a roll.

Wrap the resulting roll with salmon and lettuce with cling film and put in the refrigerator for half an hour. After the pita bread is saturated with the aroma of fish and garlic, remove it, remove the cling film and cut the roll into portions. Put them on a plate and place them on the table.
