You will need

    • butter - 100 g;
    • brown sugar - 200 g;
    • yogurt - 150 g;
    • black sesame seeds - 50;
    • white sesame - 50 g;
    • wheat flour - 300 g;
    • soda - 0.15 tsp;
    • orange - 1 pc.;
    • orange peel - 3 tbsp;
    • lime - 2 pcs.;
    • pear 1 pc.

Instruction manual

1

Wash the pear, cut into thin slices, pour a small amount of water, add 50 grams of brown sugar and set to simmer on medium heat.

2

Mix the oil thoroughly with 100 grams of brown sugar.

3

Now whisk this mass with thick (not drinkable) yogurt.

4

Divide the resulting mass into two parts. In one of which add black sesame, and in the other - white. To make the dough a uniform color, grind the black sesame seeds first. Now in the dough with white sesame seeds add 150 grams of flour mixed with soda, and with black - the same amount of flour, but without soda.

5

Roll out the dough with a thickness of about 3 centimeters and cut the circles of the desired size. This can be done using a mug with a diameter slightly wider than the glass.

6

Put the cakes on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with orange zest.

7

When the pear syrup is respected, lay out the finished flower-shaped slices.

8

In the same way, roll out and cut out the cake with black sesame seeds without first decorating it.

9

Bake in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

10

Make citruses in caramel. The number of slices should be equal to the number of black sesame cake layers. Also with a small amount of water, boil 50 grams of sugar until thick syrup.

eleven

Cool the finished cakes to room temperature and pour hot syrup.

12

Cool again, so that the syrup is frozen, and put slices of oranges and limes on the crusts.

Useful advice

You can add soda to the dough with black sesame so that the products turn out to be more airy. Without soda, they are more dense and crispy. Delicious and those, and others, so you can experiment. In addition, if you do not have the opportunity to buy black sesame seeds, replace it with poppy seeds, and white with coconut flakes. You can also try and replace yogurt with kefir or fermented baked milk. It turns out very tasty.
