    • - 500 ml of milk;
    • - 500 ml of water;
    • - 150 g of rice;
    • - sugar

Semolina porridge Pour milk into a pan, put on a fire and bring the milk to a boil. Do not use enameled dishes for making porridge. Pour semolina through a small sieve into the milk, stirring constantly. Reduce the fire to a minimum. Cook for about 2-4 minutes, not forgetting to thoroughly mix the porridge. Semolina is cooked so quickly, because it is made from ground wheat. Then cover the dishes in which the semolina was cooked with a lid and leave for 5-10 minutes to completely swell and soften the cereal. Add butter, sugar, honey or jam to your prepared semolina to taste.

Oatmeal Bring the milk to a boil. Oatmeal can also be boiled in water. Pour sugar and salt to taste. Pour oatmeal into boiling milk, stir. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for about 10 minutes. Flakes are peeled crushed cereals. In the process of special processing of grain, croup is obtained soft, thin, quickly digested, however, it loses many useful properties. In addition to oatmeal, porridge can be cooked from rice, buckwheat flakes. Pour the refined olive oil into the finished porridge, stir, cover and let it brew for a couple of minutes.

Microwave Rice Porridge Rinse rice in running water. Pour cereals into dishes suitable for microwave ovens with a volume of 1.5-2 liters. Pour rice in water and place in the microwave at full capacity. Bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes.

Drain and pour milk into the rice. Add sugar and salt. Stir the porridge and cover the dishes. Set the microwave power to medium. Cook porridge for 5-8 minutes. Leave the cooked rice porridge for 5-10 minutes to brew before eating.

Useful advice

Add 1 tbsp. vegetable oil into boiling water, in which cereals will be cooked, so that porridge cooks faster and boils better.
