Check food stocks in kitchen cabinets and the refrigerator. What you find there will become the basis of today's menu. In the bins, it’s good to have reserve cans of canned food, homemade pickles and marinades, sauces and canned fruits, as well as some meat or fish product.

For appetizers, serve canapes or tartlets with a variety of fillings. It could be a simple salad, like cheese, crushed with garlic and a spoonful of mayonnaise. Shrimp meat mixed with any white sauce and sprinkled with a pinch of paprika is also suitable.

Put sandwiches on a separate plate. Slices a loaf of bread or white bread without a crust with butter and fry in a pan on both sides. Spread the bread with paste, red caviar, soft cheese. Garnish with a sprig of greens.

Set the table. Instead of a tablecloth, use linen napkins placed under each appliance. Put the co-pitchers on them - snack plates. Expose glasses for water and glasses for wine or beer. Do not forget about cutlery and paper napkins in a separate cup.

After quickly preparing snacks, put them on the table and enjoy a hot meal. Pour a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan, heat it. Chop the onion half with thin rings and fry it in oil until golden. Peel two medium-sized carrots and grate them. Put the carrots in a pan, add two finely chopped cloves of garlic. Fry the mixture until cooked.

Place minced meat, frozen sea cocktail, canned mussels or sausage chopped into pieces in a pan. Fry it all together for about 5 minutes. Pour three quarters of a glass of milk into the mixture and add two tablespoons of tomato paste, salt and pepper. Add some dried herbs. For minced meat and sausage, rosemary and thyme are suitable, for seafood - parsley, oregano and basil. Cover the pan and simmer until cooked. If the sauce seems too thin, thicken it by adding a tablespoon of flour.

Serve freshly cooked spaghetti or rice to a side dish with meat or seafood in pink sauce. Serve the dish on preheated portioned plates.

For sweet, cook baked apples. Lubricate the refractory form with butter, remove apples from the apples and fill it with a mixture of honey and chopped nuts. Place the pan in a preheated oven and bake until the apples are soft. This dish can also be prepared in the microwave. Before baking in it, do not forget to chop the fruits with a fork so that they do not burst.

In a deep container, mix them with two tablespoons of liquid honey and the same amount of compote syrup. Put the mixture in portioned bowls or glass bowls, add a little peeled pine nuts to each. Before serving, keep the cups in the refrigerator.
