You will need
- Per serving:
- 100 g of your favorite pasta;
- 100 g of fresh salmon;
- 2 medium tomatoes;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 tsp vegetable oil;
- 1 tsp dried parsley (you can take fresh as much as you like);
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and throw chopped garlic into it. Brown a little over medium heat and send the tomatoes to it in cubes. Let it sweat for about 10 minutes.

We also cut the salmon into a cube, send it to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes, salt and pepper. Add parsley. The sauce is ready.

Cook the pasta in salted water for 2 minutes less than indicated on the package. We recline it on a sieve, let it drain water (you can save a little if the sauce is very boiled away), combine with the sauce and simmer for a couple of minutes, until done.
Serve immediately on warmed plates.
