  • - 2 tomatoes;

  • - bell pepper;

  • - 3-4 branches of basil;

  • - 1 tbsp. rice;

  • - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;

  • - salt, pepper to taste.

Instruction manual

1

Remove the skin and viscera from the tuna. Carefully separate the loin of fish. Remove the entrails and ridge from the squid, cut off the head and remove the skin. Cut the tuna fillet into large pieces, the squid fillet into rings.

2

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Chop the bell peppers in short strips. Wash the rice, fill it with warm water. Set aside for a while.

3

Heat a skillet, drizzle with vegetable oil and add chopped vegetables. Fry them for 3-4 minutes. Send seafood and basil sprigs to the vegetables. Salt, pepper to taste. Fry them with vegetables for 2-3 minutes. Pour in coconut milk and simmer until tender.

4

Drain the water from the rice, boil it with a little salt. Put the finished rice on a dish, garnish with a sprig of basil. Serve the stewed seafood in coconut milk in a separate deep plate along with a rice dish.

Useful advice

So that the fillet is well behind the skin, pour squid with boiling water, then rinse with cold running water.
