Cooking meatballs in puff pastry is unusually simple. It is necessary to collect the listed ingredients and have an oven on hand. It is better to choose minced meat, from which the dish will turn out juicier. The dough is suitable puff yeast and fresh, choose at your discretion.

2

Prepare the garlic, peel it. Crush the garlic cloves with the flat side of a knife, then chop finely. Onion, peeling, wash, cut into small cubes. Combine the onion and garlic slices with minced meat, add salt and pepper to taste. To force the meat to be malleable, beat it off. To do this, take the meat in your hand and throw it on the table, do it several times.

3

Form small balls of minced meat, do it with wet hands. Roll out the puff pastry into a thin layer. Cut thin strips from it, twist them into a tourniquet. The width of the strips should not exceed 5 mm. Randomly wrap strips of puff pastry on the meat balls.

4

Wash the eggs, breaking, separate the yolks from the proteins. Use protein in another recipe. Beat the yolks with a fork or whisk.

5

Powder a baking sheet with flour, put meat balls on its surface in puff pastry. Lubricate the blanks with beaten egg yolk. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Cook the balls for 25-30 minutes.
