You will need
- For 2 servings:
- - round Armenian pita - 2 pcs.;
- - ham - 2 slices;
- - tomato - 1 pc.;
- - hard cheese - 50 g;
- - egg - 2 pcs.;
- - favorite greens;
- - salt, black pepper - to taste;
- - vegetable oil for frying.

Pre-prepare the filling. Wash and dry the tomato and herbs. First cut into thin slices, and finely chop the greens. Grate the cheese on a grater.

We take a pan with a diameter smaller than our pita bread. Lubricate it with vegetable oil and heat it well. Spray the pita bread with cold water and put it on the pan so that the edges hang.

Now we begin to "collect" our snack. We put several slices of tomato on pita bread and add a little salt. Put a slice of ham on top and break an egg on it. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with cheese and chopped herbs.

We turn the edges of the pita bread to the center and fry until golden brown on the bottom, and then carefully, using a spatula, turn the youku so that the golden brown is on the other side. Serve without fail hot! Bon Appetit!
