Can't do without tea biscuits? Make sure that the cookies are healthy and do not leave a mark on the figure. A multi-cereal fruit muesli cookie is ideal for breakfast or an early snack.

You will need

  • - oatmeal 250 g

  • - corn flakes 30 g

  • - dried fruits (prunes, dried apricots) 100 g each

  • - nuts (almonds or walnuts) 50 g

  • - coconut flakes 50 g

  • - raisins 100 g

  • - dried strawberries 100 g

  • - butter 100 g

  • - granulated sugar 30 g

  • - liquid honey in light shades of 4 tbsp. l

Instruction manual

1

Pour dried apricots, prunes, raisins and strawberries with boiling water and leave for 15 minutes. Large elements cut into small pieces.

2

Grind the almonds until finely chopped.

3

Add butter, sugar and honey to the multicooker bowl. Warm the mixture at a temperature of 130 degrees in the "Multipovar" mode 10 min.

4

Add flakes, almonds and coconut. Shuffle. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom of the bowl and gently squeeze it with your hands.

5

Cook in the Multi-Cook mode at a temperature of 160 degrees for 45 minutes. Do not remove the cake until it has completely cooled.

6

Cut the finished cake into strips or squares. Arrange on plates, cookie cutters, or paper napkins.

note

Muesli cookies are recommended for lunch (at 10-00), washed down with mineral water without gas. Multi-cereal cookies quickly saturate and stimulate the brain. In the dietary variant, sugar, chocolate and coconut flakes are best eliminated.

Useful advice

Instead of strawberries, you can use any berries or pieces of orange pulp. If you want cookies to be dark, add buckwheat flakes or dark chocolate. Store cookies in foil packaging in a cool place. Shelf life: no more than 7 days.
