  • - 4 eggs;

  • - 60 g of fresh green peas;

  • - 2 branches of dill;

  • - pepper, salt.

Cut the carrots into small cubes. Peel the garlic and onion, chop. Peel the young green peas. If you did not find fresh peas on sale, you can replace it with frozen or canned. Clean the fish (we need only half the mackerel), take the meat into small pieces, remove the small bones.

Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet. On it, fry the onions for 4 minutes, then add the garlic, cook another 1 minutes. Put the carrots in the pan, cook for 5 minutes. Add the prepared green peas (frozen must first be thawed, and from the canned one drain all the liquid), cook for 2 minutes.

Finely chop the fresh dill, beat the raw eggs. Add the remaining oil, pieces of mackerel, greens to the pan to the vegetables. Stir, then pour in the beaten eggs. Cook under the lid for 10 minutes over low heat.
