Put the prepared mass carefully in the abdomen of the rabbit and sew it with a harsh thread. Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil, lay the carcass on it and simmer in the oven for about an hour. Water it periodically with the resulting juice or water.

Before serving, remove the thread, put the minced meat in the center of the dish, and pieces of meat along the edges. Serve potatoes or vegetables for garnish.
