You will need
- - tomatoes - 8 pieces;
- - boiled egg - 2 pieces;
- - rice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - green onions;
- - parsley and dill;
- - salt, pepper, butter and cream - to taste.

Ripe tomatoes, dense, medium size, wash and dry with a napkin. Then cut off the top of the tomato and a teaspoon carefully remove all the flesh. Turn the resulting cups onto a wooden plank to stack excess juice.

Cook loose rice and put a small amount of butter in it. Rinse the green onions thoroughly, chop finely, put in a pan with butter and fry for a couple of minutes. Then you should add prepared rice, chopped tomato pulp and hard-boiled chopped eggs to it. Mix everything, add chopped herbs, ground pepper and salt. Gently mix all the ingredients again.

Salted and pepper the prepared tomatoes from the inside. Fill them with minced meat, cover with tomato caps and carefully lay in one layer in a greased frying pan. Top with cream and put in a hot oven. Serve this dish hot, pouring the sauce in which they were stewed.
