How to cook minced meat for hedgehogs with rice
Prepare the following ingredients: 600 g minced beef, 300 g minced pork, salt, black pepper, hot red pepper (chili), paprika, bay leaf, 100 g round-grain rice, 2 onions, 1 large carrot, 2 tbsp. tomato paste (or fresh tomatoes), 1 egg, sour cream - to taste.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker and put onions with carrots. Set the baking mode on the multicooker (for 10 minutes), fry vegetables with the multicooker lid open. Mix the beef and pork minced meat in a deep bowl with your hands, after mixing, the mass should become homogeneous. Finely chop the onion and add it to the minced meat, put the seasonings to taste. Pour in a third of a glass of warm water and mix everything well again.
Rinse the rice thoroughly in warm water, draining it several times. Let the water drain. Add rice to the minced meat, break the egg there, mix everything again. From spices, you can add dried dill, parsley or basil. Leave the minced meat for a while.
Rice for hedgehogs can be washed cleaner and faster if washed with warm water.
