First bake cakes. I got two, then I cut in half.
Making a biscuit:
- We take 6 eggs and separate the proteins from the yolks and begin to whip into the foam.
- Then we add 400 g of sugar gradually and beat in a thick, fairly dense foam, we also add the yolks.
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar and continue to beat, then sift the flour only 400 g, 1 tablespoon there, and mix gently, the dough turns out thick.
- Pour into a mold smeared with butter and put in the oven, the biscuit bakes quickly, for about 15 minutes, with a toothpick to check the readiness. We take out the cakes, cool.
