For cooking, you can use any seasonal sweet berries: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, proportions depend on personal taste. If there are no fresh fruits, frozen ones will do. The dessert will turn out to be more liquid, but absolutely will not lose its taste. So that the beauty of the layers is fully manifested, the delicacy is laid out in transparent thin-walled glasses without a pattern.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup thick cream;

  • 150 g of mascarpone cheese;

  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar;

  • 1 tbsp. l granulated sugar;

  • 16 ready-made sugar cookies;

  • 400 g of any berry (preferably assorted);

  • fresh mint for decoration.

Wash and dry the berries, remove the stalks. Large knives are cut into pieces. Frozen berries are pre-thawed at room temperature. Beat the mascarpone with a mixer along with vanilla and regular sugar. Beat cream in a strong foam, mix with cheese mass.

Put a few berries in wide transparent glasses with a flat bottom, place a creamy cheese mixture on top. Crush the cookies in a mortar and pour a layer on the cream. Repeat layers until cups are full. Put dessert in the refrigerator before serving. Serve by decorating each serving with fresh mint leaves.

Curd dessert with fruits: a step by step recipe

A healthy and tasty treat, perfect for children's parties, looks very beautiful in photographs. You can make multi-colored stripes, alternately laying out fruits of different shades: red, green, yellow. Low-fat sour cream will help reduce calories. From the specified number of products, 6 servings of dessert will be obtained.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g low-fat sour cream;

  • 200 g of soft cottage cheese without grains;

  • 50 g of sugar;

  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar;

  • 2 egg whites;

  • 100 g of milk chocolate;

  • 400 g of fresh fruits (mango, pears, grapes, kiwi, oranges);

  • freshly squeezed lemon juice;

  • vegetable cream in a spray can;

  • coconut flakes.

Prepare fruits: wash, dry, peel, remove seeds. Cut the fruits into small, identical pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Grate soft cottage cheese with sour cream, vanilla and regular sugar in a deep bowl. Beat whites in foam, grate chocolate. Add chocolate chips to the curd-cream mixture, gently mix whipped whites. Fill a glass with cottage cheese for a quarter, then put half of the fruit, another layer of cottage cheese and the remaining fruits. Put dessert overnight in the refrigerator. Before serving, garnish each serving with vegetable cream from a spray can and sprinkle with coconut.

Chocolate Cream: A Classic Recipe

Dessert, a success at any party. You can use both traditional dark or milk, and white chocolate. From the specified number of products, 8 servings of goodies will be obtained.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of high quality milk chocolate;

  • 60 ml of brandy or cognac;

  • 75 g of sugar syrup;

  • 600 ml of heavy fat cream;

  • 15 g of powdered sugar;

  • finished chocolate chips for decoration.

Break the chocolate into pieces, put in a bowl, add brandy and sugar syrup. Put the container in a water bath and, stirring, heat until the chocolate pieces melt. Remove the bowl from the heat and cool.

Beat 450 ml of cream in a strong foam and gently mix with chocolate mass. Stir the mousse from bottom to top so that the lush foam does not fall. Pour the mixture into clear glasses and refrigerate.

Beat the remaining cream with powdered sugar before serving. Put a cap of cream in each cup, sprinkle with finished chocolate chips. Serve with dry biscuits and fresh fruits.
