This is a wonderful dessert for both children and adults with a glass of sparkling wine. Berries can be dipped in coconut flakes or any chopped nuts - almonds, pistachios, walnuts.

- - 500 g of large strawberries;
- - 200 g of white chocolate;
- - 150 g coconut flakes.

Rinse the berries of fresh strawberries, dry on paper towels, remove only the stick from the tails, and leave the leaves - we will hold on to them so that it is more convenient to eat the finished treat.

Pour the indicated amount of coconut flakes onto a plate. Chop the smaller white chocolate, put the pieces of chocolate in a metal bowl, put in a water bath to completely melt the chocolate. Do not rush - let the chocolate melt slowly, but then evenly, stir it from time to time.

String each berry on the leaf side with a toothpick - but not deeply! It is enough that the strawberry rests on a toothpick, it is not necessary to pierce it all.

Dip each berry upside down in 2/3 of the melted white chocolate. Rotating the toothpick around its axis, evenly “cover” the chocolate with coconut flakes from the plate.

Let the chocolate harden - for this it’s better to stick the berries in something, because if they dry just on a plate, then one side will turn flat. Store this light and tasty dessert in the refrigerator before serving.
