- cauliflower - 300-400 gr.
- bacon - 250-300 gr.
- potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- garlic - 1 clove
- white wine - 100-150 ml
- flour - 150 gr.
- unrefined olive oil
- salt
- parsley - 200 gr.
- dill - 100 gr.

Cauliflower cut into inflorescences and boil for a couple of 15-18 minutes. Pour the flour into a cup, pour cold water (200-250 ml), mix well and let stand for 20-30 minutes.

Roll boiled cauliflower in flour mixture. Put in a frying pan, sprinkled with olive oil. Fry until golden brown.

Put in a glass one clove of garlic and a little coarse salt, grind in a puree with a blender. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and add white wine.

Cut potatoes into cubes, fry for 10-12 minutes in a pan with a small amount of olive oil. Add finely chopped bacon, pour a mixture of wine and garlic on top and fry for another 8-10 minutes.
