Tyuria is an excellent food during fasting: simple, affordable and, if you do not skimp on the components, then it is quite high-calorie.

It's funny, but the jail is served in some fairly expensive restaurants of Russian cuisine. Of course, there is not bread from the store, but specially prepared crackers, probably something else. But a prison still remains a prison - a simple, unpretentious dish.
