What to eat with proper nutrition

The main rule for PP is the exclusion from the diet of products that are harmful to the figure and the general condition of the body, which have only a negative effect.

All food is prepared in four ways:

- cooking;

- for a couple;

- baking;

- quenching.

Deep-fried and deep-fried should be excluded from your diet. These methods of processing products negatively affect not only the state of the figure, but also on organs such as the liver and pancreas.

A very important point in PP is the use of a sufficient amount of fluid during the day - from 1.5 to 2 liters.

Salt also has a certain meaning. Its consumption should be limited to 7-10 grams per day, otherwise the body will begin to retain fluid, leading to metabolic disorders and swelling.

Sugar is a carbohydrate that provides the body with strength only for a short period of time, but in general empty calories are completely useless! Therefore, its use must be minimized or completely eliminated.

Any semi-finished products are characterized by a lack of benefits, high calorie content, a minimum content of vitamins and minerals. Of course, the lack of time due to study or work leads to the fact that convenience foods are popular, making life easier, but at the same time they worsen its quality, causing obesity and other health problems.

Proper nutrition should be frequent (5-6 times a day), and portions small. Breakfast is rich in complex carbohydrates, fats are acceptable, protein predominates in lunch, carbohydrates and fats are already less than in the morning, evening is the time of protein products and fiber. For a snack, vegetables, fruits, nuts, kefir are suitable. Skipping meals is not recommended!

The components of a healthy diet

1) Protein! The most important part of the menu. You can eat foods rich in protein at any time of the day, without fear of getting better. It can be:
