Thirdly, oatmeal can be used for cosmetic purposes. For example, to prepare a nourishing face mask, pour oatmeal with hot milk and leave to cool for 7-10 minutes. Then apply this mixture on the face with a generous layer and rinse with warm water after 20 minutes. To make the mask not only nutritious, but also moisturizing, you can add 1 tablespoon of honey, olive oil or fat sour cream to it.

For oily skin, the following mask is suitable: 2 tablespoons of oatmeal should be poured with hot water and stir until a thick slurry appears. Apply this mixture to the face, and then after 15-20 minutes rinse it off with warm water and apply a moisturizer. It is believed that with regular use of such a mask (2-3 times a week), the skin will noticeably cleanse, and acne rashes will be reduced.
