In order not to harm health, it is necessary to eat meat products in finished form in the amount of up to 500 grams per week. The most useful is meat cooked in broth or steamed. In general, it is better to give preference to white meat or fish, which do not harm the human body.

What products to refuse?

Smoked sausage, sausages and various processed foods should be significantly reduced in your diet. When preparing them, quite a lot of chemical fillers are used, which also do not bring health benefits.
