To make pancake dough, beat two eggs, add milk and mix well. Add a slice of butter, flour and a pinch of salt. Beat all the ingredients again until smooth. Then you can bake pancakes.

To prepare the cream in a small saucepan, boil the milk with vanilla. In a bowl, beat the yolks with sugar, add flour and, stirring constantly, with a small trickle, introduce the mixture into hot milk.

Rearrange the cream in a water bath and, when it begins to thicken, pour lemon juice into it in small portions. Continue to cook the cream for about 15 minutes.

Spread each pancake with the resulting filling and roll them up. Sweet dessert can be served at the table.
